Hotel Francilia Booking Policy

Reservation Policy

 All room reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Hotel Francilia.

 Guests are encouraged to make reservations in advance to secure their preferred room type and dates.

 A valid phone number and email address may be required to complete a booking.

Check-In and Check-Out

 Check-in time: 2:00 PM

 Check-out time: 12:00 PM

 Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Payment Policy

 Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm a reservation.

 Payments can be made through approved payment methods accepted by the hotel.

 Guests are responsible for settling all outstanding balances before departure.

Cancellation Policy

 Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date may qualify for a refund or booking modification, subject to management approval.

 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival may attract a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's  stay.

 No-shows may be charged the full amount of the first night's reservation.

Modification of Reservations

 Reservation changes are subject to room availability and applicable rate differences.

 Guests should contact the hotel as early as possible to request modifications.

Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to respect hotel property, staff, and other guests.
• Any damages caused to hotel property may result in additional charges.
• Hotel Francilia reserves the right to refuse accommodation to anyone engaging in unlawful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

Children Policy

 Children are welcome at Hotel Francilia.

 Additional bedding or extra occupancy charges may apply where applicable.

Special Requests

 Special requests such as airport transfers, event arrangements, room preferences, or extra amenities are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Force Majeure

 Hotel Francilia shall not be held liable for any failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

By making a reservation with Hotel Francilia, guests agree to comply with this Booking Policy and all hotel rules and regulations.
