Cancellation Policy

Standard Reservations

·         Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date.

·         Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay.

No-Show Policy

·         Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be considered a "No-Show."

·         No-shows may be charged up to the full amount of the first night's reservation and any applicable taxes or fees.

Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

·         Reservations cancelled within the eligible cancellation period.

·         Duplicate payments or overpayments.

·         Reservations that cannot be honored by Hotel Francilia due to operational reasons.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges may not be eligible for refunds:

·         Cancellation fees incurred under this policy.

·         No-show charges.

·         Services already utilized during the guest's stay.

·         Special promotional, discounted, or non-refundable bookings clearly marked at the time of reservation.

Refund Processing

·         Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

·         Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

·         Hotel Francilia will make every effort to process approved refunds within 7 to 14 business days.

Reservation Modifications

·         Guests may request changes to their reservation dates, subject to room availability and applicable rate differences.

·         Modification requests should be made as early as possible to avoid cancellation charges.

Force Majeure

Hotel Francilia shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or refunds resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
